No age exemption is published

ICA PNG's notice covers all persons travelling to Papua New Guinea, and does not carve out an age exemption. Plan on a declaration for each traveller, including infants, and use the portal's group submission to keep a family together in one sitting.

What group submission does

The portal supports individual and group submissions. Group submission lets you enter several travellers in one session — it does not merge them into one declaration. Each person still appears with their own passport details.

Where family filings fail

The same four mistakes account for most family problems:

• Names swapped between siblings when two passports are copied in one sitting
• A nickname, or the name on the booking, instead of the passport spelling
• A parent's passport number entered in a child's record
• Filing for the adults and assuming children are covered

A method that works

Lay every passport open at the data page, enter one traveller at a time without shuffling the documents, and read each field from the page in front of you. Close that passport before starting the next.
